Theme not displaying correctly
It can be frustrating when your online store doesn't look the way it's supposed to. If your NextSky theme is experiencing layout distortions, missing styles, broken grids, or unaligned elements, the issue is usually caused by a few common factors like browser cache, conflicting apps, or minor code edits.
Follow this troubleshooting guide to identify and fix the most common display issues.
1. Clear Your Browser Cache
The most frequent cause of a "broken" theme layout is browser caching. Your browser stores older versions of your site's styles (CSS) and scripts (JS) to load pages faster. When you update your theme or change settings, your browser might still be loading the old, cached files.

If you recently installed a new Shopify app (especially apps for product badges, countdown timers, currency switchers, or page builders), it might be injecting conflicting code into your theme.
