Contact form

A contact form with name, email and message fields. The phone and subject fields appear only when you fill in their labels.

Where it is used

This block is used in the Contact form section (contact-form.liquid) and in the Contact page template (page.contact.json). It can also be added inside the Popup link block (popup-link.liquid).

Setting	Options	Description
Name		Label of the name field. A required asterisk is added to the label automatically.
Email		Label of the email field. A required asterisk is added to the label automatically.
Phone		Label of the phone field. The field appears only when this label is filled in, and it is required once shown.
Label		Label of the subject drop-down. The drop-down appears only when this label is filled in, and shoppers must pick an option.
Option label		Options of the subject drop-down, separated by commas.
Message		Label of the message box. A required asterisk is added to the label automatically.

Size

Setting	Options	Description
Width	• Fit • Fill • Custom	Sets how wide the form is: sized to its content (Fit), the full available width (Fill), or a percentage you choose (Custom).
Custom width		Form width as a percentage of the available space. Used when Width is Custom.
Width on mobile	• Fit • Fill • Custom	Sets how wide the form is on mobile: sized to its content (Fit), the full available width (Fill), or a percentage you choose (Custom).
Custom width on mobile		Form width on mobile as a percentage of the available space. Used when Width on mobile is Custom.

Spacing

Setting	Options	Description
Top padding		Space above the form in pixels.
Bottom padding		Space below the form in pixels.

Label sets the subject field's label, and Option label holds the subject options. Separate the options with commas. The Submit button is a fixed block inside the form. You can change its label, style and icon, but the button stays in the form.
