One card in a Scrolling image cards section. It shows an image beside a colour panel with a subheading, heading and description.
Where it is used
This block is used only in the Scrolling image cards section (scrolling-image-cards.liquid).

The image side, ratio, gap and padding are set in the section, not in the card.
Notes
When Image on mobile is empty, the Image is also shown on screens below 768px.
