Inventory status
The stock message for the selected variant: available, low stock with the count, pre-order or sold out.
Where it is used
Used in the featured-product, product-information and quick-view sections.
Settings

| Low stock threshold | Set this value to alert customers when a product is about to go out of stock. |
The threshold can be set from 1 to 20. When the quantity is at or below this number, the message changes: low stock with the count while units are left, pre-order if the variant can still be bought at zero stock, and sold out otherwise.
Notes
The message is hidden unless Shopify tracks inventory for the variant. If stock is incoming, a note is added.
