404 page
The 404 page is what a visitor sees when the address they opened does not exist on your store. It happens after a mistyped URL, after an old link shared on social media, or after a product or collection has been deleted. This section sets the layout of that page, so the visitor sees a message in your own style with the usual header and footer, and can keep browsing.
The 404 template ships with the theme, so there is nothing to create in the Shopify admin. You only need to style its section and edit its blocks.
How to find it
In the Theme Editor, switch to the 404 page template and select the 404 page section.

Notes
Only one 404 page section can be added to a template.
The content of the page is built from blocks: an image, a subheading, a heading, a description and a button group. The content is centered on the page.
