Steps
- In the theme editor (Customize), click Top bar
- Locate Top bar
- Make necessary changes
- Save

You can control how the bar displays by ticking/unticking the checkboxes.
You can change the text and background color of the top bar.

You can choose which addons to display on the top bar, and write a message to your customers.

Additionally, changing information about Phone number, Email address, ... can be done here.
