Product Disclosure

The Disclosures block on the product page shows the safety warnings and regulatory notices attached to a product, for example a Proposition 65 warning or a choking hazard notice.

Unlike the other content blocks in Purity, you do not create this metafield yourself. Shopify provides it as a standard product metafield called Disclosures (shopify.disclosure), together with a set of ready-made warning entries. You enable it once, then attach the entries you need to each product.

Step 1: Turn on the Disclosures metafield

This creates the slot on your products. It does not add any warning yet.
